The most efficient and effective way to connect with us and reserve a ride anytime at least 24 hours from now is online. Simply click on the Reservations button in the top right corner of our web site and fill in the blanks. We’ll contact you if there are any questions about your reservation, so no worries.
For rides within 24 hours or when you encounter difficulties with the reservation system, we usually answer the phone between 7am and midnight daily unless we’re on the line with another client.
Our highest priority and finest service is given to clients to understand the value of advanced scheduling with a premium private car service.
We will do our best to accommodate requests for ASAP pickups, but please understand that our business model is based on “First-come, First-served” with loyalty being given to repeat clients and advanced scheduling.
We do understand, however, last minute changes to flight schedules – especially where weather conditions can upset the best of plans – and always welcome urgent calls from clients who need rides from SLC and Sun Valley, Jackson Hole, Park City and Deer Valley, Heber, Midway, Logan, Ogden, Amangiri, Moab, Wendover, or anywhere else. We may not be able to help, but we’ll at least offer you suggestions for alternatives if we are not to do the ride for you.
